What we collect, and what we do with it

Written to be read, not to be scrolled past. If anything here isn't clear, ask — that's a fair thing to want to understand before handing over your details.

What we collect

Only what you type in. We don't buy lists and we don't track you across other websites.

  • Contact form: your name, email, phone, what you'd like help with, and anything you write in the message box.
  • Fact finder: the financial details you choose to enter — accounts and approximate balances, income, retirement goals, and your answers about what matters to you. You decide how much to fill in; blank fields stay blank.
  • Referral page: your details, and the details of anyone you tell us about.
  • Calculator: nothing. The numbers stay in your browser and are never sent anywhere.

Why we collect it

To answer you, to prepare properly for a conversation, and to give advice that fits your situation rather than a generic version. That's it. We don't sell your information, rent it, or trade it — not to lead buyers, not to anyone.

Where it's stored

In a private Google Workspace account belonging to OneLifeFL, accessible only to our licensed producers who need it. Our agents can see the clients assigned to them; they can't see everyone's.

Who else sees it

  • Insurance carriers, if and when you apply for a product — they need it to underwrite and issue a policy.
  • Google, as our email and storage provider, under their terms.
  • Anyone the law requires, such as regulators or a lawful request.

Nobody else. We don't share your details with other agencies or marketing companies.

How we'll contact you

By phone, text or email, about the thing you asked us about. If you'd rather we used one and not the others, say so and we'll note it. To stop hearing from us entirely, reply STOP to a text, or email Nvalery@onelifefl.com and we'll remove you. We keep a record of that request so it isn't undone by accident.

Referrals

If someone gives us your name, we only contact you if they confirmed you were expecting it. We'll always say who passed your name along, and one word from you ends it.

How long we keep it

Client records are kept while we're working together and afterwards for as long as insurance record-keeping rules require. Enquiries that never become clients are removed once they're clearly no longer active. You can ask us to delete your information at any point, and we'll do it unless we're legally required to keep a record.

Your choices

  • Ask what we hold about you, and we'll tell you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Ask us to stop contacting you.

Email Nvalery@onelifefl.com or call (386) 999-1534 for any of these.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Agent and manager pages store a sign-in session in the browser so people aren't asked to sign in on every page; it's removed when they sign out or when it expires.

Children

This site isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Security, honestly

Access to client information requires a personal sign-in, and our agents only see their own clients. No system is perfect, and anyone claiming otherwise is overselling. If we ever became aware of a breach affecting your information, we'd tell you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
